Hospitality
Learn to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every person feels seen, valued, and ready to encounter God. Develop the heart of a servant-leader who sets the tone for a life-changing worship experience.
Generations
Equip the next generation by leading with creativity, care, and conviction. This track empowers you to disciple kids and teens with age-appropriate theology and high-energy engagement.
Worship
Join a team committed to honoring God through musical excellence and heartfelt praise. This track helps you grow in your craft, spiritual maturity, and unity with the worship community.
Creative
Lead through design, storytelling, and digital innovation to communicate the Gospel in compelling ways. This track equips visionaries to create visuals that support and amplify the church’s mission.
Production
Master the technical skills that make worship experiences excellent and seamless. From sound to lighting to broadcast, this track develops behind-the-scenes leaders with precision and purpose.
Administrative
Become the backbone of ministry through strategic planning, communication, organization and execution. This track prepares you to coordinate logistics that support discipleship and event experiences.
Connections
Help people move from visitors to family through intentional follow-up and relational pathways. Learn how to guide others into their next step toward community and calling.

How the Track System Works
Not sure which track is right for you? We’ve made it simple.
Step 1: Take the Test
Every student will receive a free personality and spiritual gifts assessment designed to help identify your strengths, passions, and leadership wiring.
Step 2: Send Us Your Results
Once completed, you’ll email your test results directly to our team. This gives us a clearer picture of where you’re most aligned for impact.
Step 3: Recieve Your Track Recommendation
Our leadership team will prayerfully review your assessment and provide a recommended track tailored to your calling and development goals.
Step 4: Get Connected
You’ll be personally connected with a Track Team Lead—either at your local campus or online—who will walk with you through the journey of training, community, and activation.
